Skonn Visuals provides fine art prints and commercial, editorial, and corporate photography across India and the UK.
2. Intellectual property
All images and content on this Site are the copyright of Skonn Visuals / Vanshika Anmol unless stated otherwise. No reproduction, distribution, or use is permitted without prior written permission.
3. Print/product orders
Descriptions and colours are accurate to the best of our ability; minor variations may occur due to screen display. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in [INR/GBP] and may change without notice.
4. Photography bookings
Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of the agreed deposit/retainer. Clients must provide accurate booking details. Image usage rights are set out in the individual booking agreement; unless agreed otherwise in writing, Skonn Visuals retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. Clients are responsible for obtaining consent from any third parties appearing in photographs.
5. Limitation of liability
Skonn Visuals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut city.
7. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the updated terms.
